The Rose Garden
Some ghostly activity has been reported in the Rose Garden at night. Many moth-shaped orbs have been captured on film.
Note the gallows cross-beam behind the hedge. Not quite tall enough for a full-sized adult, but plenty big enough for all those short people running around loose in Old Town.
